Understand what happens when you research a builder or prepare an inquiry.
The inquiry planner
The planner prepares an email draft on your device. Entering preferences or preparing the draft does not submit them to our website database. You choose whether to open your email application and send the message to Austin Sorrenti at Real Estate Partners. Your email provider processes a message when you use its service. Do not include bank details, identity documents or other sensitive records in this planner.
The builder project brief
The builder brief keeps entries only in the current page's memory. Refreshing or leaving clears them. Copying the prepared brief writes it to your device clipboard; it does not submit it to REP. You decide whether to paste it into an email and send it. Only include public project information and business contact details you have permission to share. A brief does not create a builder partnership or guarantee publication.
Who receives a message
The prepared message is addressed to austin@repyyc.com. Builder selections describe your interests; they do not send the message to those builders. Sending an inquiry does not create a representation agreement. Discuss the team's role, any builder co-operation and compensation before proceeding.
Research tools and external services
Checklists retain their selections only while the page is open. Builder comparisons can be shared through the page URL; that URL contains builder names, not contact details. Directory records are requested from our data service. Hosting and service providers may process routine connection information such as IP addresses to deliver the site. Videos connect to YouTube only when you choose to load them. External builder, registry, video and listing sites have their own privacy practices.
Questions or corrections
Contact Austin for questions about an inquiry, requests concerning information you have sent, or a correction to a research page. Include the page address and a public source for factual corrections, not confidential transaction documents.
